Deliveries and Covid-19
Although our delivery times are normally between 3 and 5 working days, they can now amount to 10 working days given the current situation. If you have received a code to use on our website, the method of use is very simple:
1. Go to your basket (make sure you have already added a product to it)
2. On the shopping cart page, you will notice at the bottom of the list of items a button labeled "+ Enter discount code". Click on it.
3. A field appears in which you must enter the code you have.
4. Click on "Submit" once the code is entered, the cart should be updated with the benefits provided by the code.

My code does not work, what should I do?
If, by following the steps above, your code has no effect, or returns an error message, you can check the points below:
- Check whether you are logged into your naturabrasil.fr account. Some codes are personal and can only be accepted if the site can identify you
- Check whether you have followed the code application conditions (some codes only work if specific products are added to the cart, a minimum purchase may also be required)
- Check whether the code redemption period is still in progress (codes usually have an expiration date)

Natura products available in Europe
All products available for in Europe are available on our website. However, some ranges sold in Brazil have not yet been selected for the European portfolio. The products concerned are therefore not currently available on our website.
