Although our delivery times are normally between 3 and 5 working days, they can now amount to 10 working days given the current situation. It is therefore possible to observe delays in the delivery of packages. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information.
How to use discount codes ?
If you have received a code to use on our website, the method of use is very simple:
1. Go to your basket (make sure you have already added a product to it)
2. On the shopping cart page, you will notice at the bottom of the list of items a button labeled "+ Enter discount code". Click on it.
3. A field appears in which you must enter the code you have.
4. Click on "Submit" once the code is entered, the cart should be updated with the benefits provided by the code.
If, by following the steps above, your code has no effect, or returns an error message, you can check the points below:
  • Check whether you are logged into your naturabrasil.fr account. Some codes are personal and can only be accepted if the site can identify you
  • Check whether you have followed the code application conditions (some codes only work if specific products are added to the cart, a minimum purchase may also be required)
  • Check whether the code redemption period is still in progress (codes usually have an expiration date)
If none of the cases described above apply, we invite you to contact our customer service, specifying: the code that does not work, the source of it (e-mail / partner site / other .. .) and your naturabrasil.fr account email
We offer different types of deliveries. Standard deliveries as well as express deliveries.

All products available for in Europe are available on our website. However, some ranges sold in Brazil have not yet been selected for the European portfolio. The products concerned are therefore not currently available on our website.
