As you probably know if you've already browsed our site, Natura was founded in 1969 with the aim of generating a positive economic, social, environmental and cultural impact through the sale of its cosmetic care products.

This goal shaped the 3 pillars that define us:

  • Brands and products

    We offer cosmetic care products with highly plant-based formulas, while over 50% of our packaging is eco-designed and eco-efficient. Between 2007 and 2013 we reduced our greenhouse gas emissions by 33% and are keeping the same target for the period 2013-2020. We are also committed to waste management, with the aim of recovering 50% of our waste.

  • Management and organisation

    Transparency drives the publication of all our results and our public communications. We also integrate environmental performance indicators in addition to traditional economic indicators to assess our performance as a publicly traded company.

  • Network

    Natura believes that relationships as key to economic, social and environmental development. Whether with our distributors, our consumers, our suppliers, or the communities we work with on a daily basis, Natura builds relationships intended to encourage human development and to raise awareness of sustainable development throughout our network.

    Today, our motto "Bem estar bem" (literally "well being well") is expressed through a simple message "Viva sua beleza viva" ("Live your beauty") inviting everyone to celebrate their beauty as they see it every day and to be aware that beauty is not just a matter of appearance, but more importantly of our relationship with the world around us.

  • Committed. Whether through responsible consumption, commitment to sustainable development or an invitation to live your beauty without superficiality... we want our partners to be true to our vision of "bem estar bem".
  • Transparent. Blog, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube... it doesn't matter how you express yourself as long as you express your real self. No buying followers, no endless "sponsored" content, just you and your day-to-day beauty, your favourites, your opinions and your highs and lows.
  • Social. If you are committed and transparent, you have probably already developed strong relationships with your community. The ability to generate interaction is what we value most in our partners.
