(1) Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays). For Corsica: Delivery time can be extended by 1-2 working days. These delivery times begin when you place an order before 9:00 am, for an item that is in stock.

Delivery by Colissimo: The package is delivered by hand by La Poste with a signature on receipt to the addressee, or to the person living at the same address, or to a specially designated person. The scanned signature is proof of delivery of the package.
The delivery time is 24 to 48 hours after the package is made available by Natura at La Poste. The recipient can track the package using the parcel number provided in the order confirmation e-mail.
If the addressee is not present at the address provided, a card is left by La Poste in the addressee's letterbox. This provides the details of the post office where the recipient can collect the package within 14 days.
After 14 days, the package will be returned to our warehouse and the delivery costs will be charged to the Customer. The Products ordered will be refunded.
