6.2. Terms and conditions of delivery

The Products ordered by the Customer will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer on the order form or left at the post office local to the delivery address provided by the Customer, in the event that the recipient of the Products is present to accept delivery. In this case, the postman will leave a card in the recipient's letter box allowing the package to be collected during the post office opening hours, within fifteen (15) days.

Beyond this period, should the postal service return the package to NATURA, NATURA reserves the right to charge the Customer, in addition to the shipping costs, the costs related to this return.

The Products purchased will be sent using the standard postal services, and in particular by the "Colissimo suivi" service which the post office undertakes to deliver within 48 hours.

The Customer must be able to prove his/her identity and provide the order number if necessary.

The Customer also undertakes to sign the acknowledgement of receipt form if requested. He/she may, if necessary, add any comment relating to the delivery of the order. By signing the acknowledgement of receipt form, the Customer acknowledges having received the order described on the order form, in good condition.

Transport risks are borne by the Customer.

If the Customer notes that the package is obviously damaged, he/she undertakes to refuse it and to request its return to NATURA which will, on establishing the poor condition of the returned package, send a new package to the Customer as soon as possible.

Should the Customer note that the Products are spoiled or damaged or do not correspond to the order, he/she should file a complaint with NATURA by sending an e-mail to contact@naturabrasil.fr or by post to: NATURA, 50 rue Taitbout 75009 Paris or by fax to 01 40 67 78 01 within three clear days. Any claim made after this period will not be accepted.

The Customer must provide a detailed written report of the defective, spoiled or damaged Products or those that do not correspond to the order and return the relevant Product(s) to NATURA at the following address:

After careful review and on a case-by-case basis, NATURA will be entitled to exchange or refund the Product(s). In this case, the return costs will be refunded to the Customer.

Refunds shall be issued within 15 days of receipt of the Products by NATURA.

NATURA will issue refunds at its discretion, either by crediting the Customer's bank account, or by a bank cheque made out to the Customer who placed the order sent to the billing address.

The Customer shall be liable to NATURA for the information relating to his/her contact details and the delivery details should they differ.

Consequently, should an error be found in the wording of the addressee's contact details (in particular surname, first name, number and street name, postal code, town name, telephone number or e-mail address), NATURA cannot be held responsible for any inability to deliver the order.

The Customer is informed of the fact that, if he/she cannot provide proof of address and, if necessary, of the delivery address on NATURA's request, NATURA is within its rights not to proceed with the order.
