The customer service is open every day, from 10am to 7pm, excluding public holidays (French calendar).
Despite all the care provided by NATURA in the preparation of the packages, it may happen that a product is not in conformity with the order or has a hidden defect. In this case the customer must contact NATURA's customer service within eight (8) working days.

After acknowledging receipt of this request, the NATURA customer service will forward the instructions to the customer in order to proceed with the return of the products. The return costs will be taken over by NATURA.

After study and on a case by case basis, NATURA will propose to the customer to proceed to the exchange or reimbursement of the product (or products).

In case of exchange, the customer will return the products to NATURA. The NATURA customer service will send the customer a return label.

In case of reimbursement, the corresponding amount will be credited within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, to the bank account corresponding to the credit card details given at the time of the order.
All orders, irrespective of their country of origin, are payable exclusively in euros. Payment may only be made via the Internet by credit card (credit card, Visa, Eurocard, American Express).

All costs, in particular financial, relating to the conversion into euros of the currency in which the customer's bank account is charged for the transaction, are the exclusive responsibility of the customer.

It is specified that the details of the credit card are secured by S.S.L. (secure Socket Layer) encryption in order to protect as effectively as possible all data relating to the means of payment, and that the data of the bank card of the Customer will not be stored on the NATURA computer systems.
