How to track the shipping of my order ?
An email is sent to you as soon as your order is picked up by the carrier. It includes a link that will be activated under 24 hours to follow up on your package shipment.
What is the list of authorized countries for shipping ?
Natura delivers its products in France (including Corsica and Monaco), Belgium, United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Italy, Germany, Austria, Denmark, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Portugal and Switzerland only.

How can I return my order
If your Natura product(s) does not meet your needs or expectations, you can simply return the product(s) within 14 days from the day following that on which you received the parcel.
All items should be unopened in its original packaging with all gifts received with the order.
You will have a refund for product(s) returned and standard shipping fees within 14 days of the date of receiving your return. We will refund the original credit card.
The return fees will be at your charge.
To be refunded :
1. Print the return form
2. Fill the return form
3. Insert this form with the order confirmation e-mail in the parcel
4. Send the parcel to :

How can I cancel my order ?
ARTICLE 7. CANCELLATION RIGHT
The Customer has a period of fourteen (14) days, as of receipt of the ordered Product, to exercise the right of cancellation without having to provide a reason or pay penalties, with the exception of the return shipping costs, which he will pay. In the case of an order involving several Products delivered separately, the period of fourteen (14) days begins as of receipt of the last Product.
To exercise this right, the Customer must inform NATURA thereof by sending it, before expiration of the deadline at the following address: contact@naturabrasil.fr, an e-mail or the cancellation form sent with the order confirmation e-mail. It may also be downloaded here or provided by customer service, at the following address. The Customer must specify whether he wishes to make an exchange or obtain a refund. Otherwise, the return will be considered to be done for refund.
The Product(s) must be returned by the Customer, at the latter's expense, to the same address, no later than within fourteen (14) days after the letter or cancellation form is sent to the address appearing on the return slip.
The Product(s) must be returned, complete in their original wrapping and packaging (accessories, instructions, etc.), in good condition, not opened or altered, and in perfect resalable condition. Opening the Products or removing the plastic film surrounding them make those products unsuitable for any subsequent marketing; any Product that has been opened, destroyed, or whereof the original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded or exchanged.
To facilitate refunds, the Products must be accompanied by the return slip and the order number.

How can I download my invoice?
To download your invoice, connect yourself to naturabrasil.fr then go to the "My account" area.
Click then on " Invoices " on the left menu displayed.
You will be sent to the list of orders that have been delivered.
In this list, click on the "view details" in front of the order for which you want to download the invoice.
Once the details displayed, click on the button "download my invoice" to retrieve your invoice in a Adobe PDF format.
