Learn how to perform quick and easy relaxing massages to improve your everyday life.

The daily grind can be as rewarding as it is exhausting. Traffic, work, chores, stress, money worries... All this is such an effort that our body sometimes needs some TLC. There's nothing like a stress relieving massage to replenish your energy when you're feeling overwhelmed. And it's even better if you can do it yourself!

1. Preparation

Using a cream adds an extra touch of well-being to your massage and transforms it into a DIY spa session at home. Take a moisturising product of your choice and apply it to your hands, rubbing them together well. In circular movements, spread the product over the whole palm and warm it up, making it feel even more pleasurable on your skin.
If you prefer oils, you can opt for products with ingredients that have relaxing properties, like Andiroba massage oil, which will relax your body and soothe your mind.

2. Relax your hands

Using the tip of your thumb, massage the palms of your hands in circular movements. Take the opportunity to also massage your joints, especially on hot days, to prevent swelling.

3. Taking care of your arms

Apply the cream by massaging it over the area using circular movements You can adapt the intensity of your movements to suit your individual requirements and personal preferences. This helps to activate blood circulation and reduce the feeling of puffiness and discomfort.
It's best to start with your hands and work your way up to your wrists then up to your shoulders.

4. For heavy legs

Start by massaging the knees and then move up to the thighs using circular motions. Then repeat the movement from the ankles to the knees. Finish by massaging the entire leg from one end to the other.
